States, - for a cession of Territory - Situated upon the Fox River and Green Bay from the Menomonies, - Nation - in favor of the Stockbridge Nation and others - the expense to be paid by the parties benefited thereby - it is admitted in one of the memorials - that this service has been performed - although the cession of territory obtained, is different from that stipulated for, by the previous agreements attended to - 
	- By the report of the Surveyor General - upon this subject, it appears that the land - petitioned for by treaty in August last - has been disposed of to the state (being a part of the tract mentioned in Said treaty) - And that the consideration Money for the amount of said lands -
