Description: Image showing the inside of the spinning and carding building of the Amana Woolen Mill following the fire of 1923, looking south, towards the mill race. Twisted drive shafts and equipment, a view of total devastation. This building was rebuilt inside the original 1859 stone shell within a year. Photo by F.
