Q 1824, Sept. 29 Letter to William Robinson in Southington CT from Gideon Mills in Hudson, Ohio. Answers some of the questions Robinson posed in a letter of 8 Sept. 1824. Says that some improvements to lot 3 have been made, but the two young men have never made any payments. Mentions that the soil is good and the population expanding that in part of Ohio. Considers $4. an acre an acceptable price.
