Wooden stairs, single floor in attic. Gable roofs of wooden truss and rafter construction, slate roofing, frame belfy w/ bell. Walls and ceilings throughout plastered or sheathed, hardwood interior trim, painted rooms, trim varnished. Plumbing, steam heat, electricity.
