Release of two sugar plantations in ChristChurch by William Reece to King William IV and various Island Commissioners for one year at 3000 plus interest at 4%. (This 4% in export was the bane of the island plantation owners.) The plantations were Pilgrim Place and Gibbons. 12 pp., elephant folio, vellum. Includes 6 pp. Slave Schedules for the two plantations, also 7 pp folio affidavit by Mayor of London and clerk, signed. The release is signed by Reece and several witnesses. The land involved was 360 acres. 1836 and 1843. On folio shelves in box 25.
