The second Eden Springs Vegetarian Restaurant built on the same site as the first that was built with the Park opening in 1908. The second was much larger and was inclusive of the several hotel area additions, showing the great success of the Park in alluring summer tourist crowds. But the biggest area in success was the area Jewish summer resorts that drew Jews to BH and the HoD restaurant was considered ���������������������������kosher��������������������������� and Jews were made welcome. The Second structure was built around 1915 as the interior walls from floor up to chair railing was all done in High Island bark from the lumber community purchased in 1915
